I want to be a Disney Princess!

As well all know you cannot escape the world of Disney Prinesses even if you try so I'd say the best bet is to roll with it! (If u haven't seen Frozen just give it up and watch it) 

Now every girl wants to feel like a princess on her wedding day and what better way than by wearing a Disney Princess inspired gown. Now these aren't quite to my taste, if I ever make it down the isle it will be in a vintage inspired 1930's fitted gown (not that I've thought about it of course) but I ven I can help but have a little dream of a 'princess' moment. Wedding dress designer Alfred Angelo has created a line of dresses all inspired by our favourite ladies!

Bohemian home lust

I am currently persuading my partner that we need a home overhaul! Our home at the moment is very safe simple and to be fair with a 15month old it kinda makes sense! But I think it's boring! So I am trying to pull together a mood board to show my man what I want and I'm going for boho fabulousness! Fabrics from around the world, lots of colour and wonder! Andyes I know not overly original but it's very much me. 

Here are a few of my fave looks I have found so far. 

Hot Lips

As you can see I have very small lips! And as much as I get envious of Miss Jenner even I wouldn't result to any form of plumper I would just look silly! However this does not stop me majorly appreciating a fabulous lip colour (I try and fail all the time clear gloss is my limit!)

I am newly converted to Mac and have yet to invest in some lipsticks and I have to say I can't wait but need a tutorial on best ones for my little lips! 

Jeffery Star has the most flawless, bold and fabulous makeup I have even seen am more in love than I can say!

Palmairas Amazing Service!

Now I have been absolutely loving Palmairas this summer! I have personally bought 2 pairs and can see another purchase before too long! I also bought a pair for my nan for her bday (very stylish lady) however the delivery company lost them! 

What happened was I ordered two pairs at the same time. The package was delivered when I wasn't in and my lovely next door neighbour took them in for me (she runs a dance school next door and was in the middle of a class) 

Well when she knocked that evening to give me my package she couldn't apologise more the packaging was very damaged and wripped at one end and if she hadn't been so busy she wouldn't have accepted it in that state! Anyway long story short one pair was missing! (Typically my nans bday pressie!) I was devastated as I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get a replacement and would end up fighting with the delivery company which we all know is usually the case and is futile! 

I emailed the lovely ladies at Palmaira and they could not have been more helpful understanding or amazing! They offered me a replacement straight away and even though the ones I wanted weren't currently in stock they kept me updated and even offered a refund. I decided to wait as I knew nan really wanted them and I'm so pleased I did! They arrived this morning and I am so excited to give them to her! 

Massive thanks and cannot rate their customer service more highly! Can absolutely expect more business from me! Fab

Skinny Mint update

So you all know I tried the Skinny Mint teatox and overall didn't really have any results! I would just like to post an update! 

I think I mentioned before that I wanted to continue with the night cleanse tea so I ordered another pack, just the night one not the day tea. And in place of the daytime tea I have substituted with good old green tea (I like the one with lemon) I have been doing this for 2 days so far and have lost 3lbs now that's not loads but considering I haven't changed my eating habits or done anymore exercise than usual I thought that was pretty good going! 

Green tea is known to speed up your matabolism and I have been drinking 2 cups a day one in the morning one in the afternoon and then the night cleanse right before bed :) will keep you posted on how it goes over the next week or so!

Estée Lauder Mascara - I don't need this at the mo as I have extensions on but when I don't I can leave the house without this! I will never go out without mascara! 

Eyelure Eyebrow Pencil - to know we all love a strong brow 😍

Body shop hand cream - I am in love with the smell of the Moringa range! I literally went in and bought every product available in it! It's an amazing summery citrusy smell, beautiful.

Christian Lacroix notebook - I did not know these existed! My aunt and uncle bought it for me for my bday and it's just beautiful! He even does wallpaper!! Sourcing this is top of my to do list right now! 

Skinny Mint Teatox

Now I am a terrible dieter I buy into crazes and last a matter of hours! 

I  was a standard size 10 until I had my little munchkin! Now I'm a 12 bordering on a 14! Not huge I know but big for me! Anyway, anyone with a little one will understand that going to the gym or working out at home no matter how much u want to doesn't really work with a little one hanging around ur neck! (Not in a productive I can use you as a weight kind of way!) And I know personally I am not waking up at 5 am to work out or waiting for bedtime /partner to finish work either! So basically I'm screwed! I would like to add I'm vegetarian and eat a reasonably balanced and healthy diet. 

I decided to give the Skinny Mint Teatox a go. I only ordered the 14 day starter pack to start. It arrived within 4 days and I started right away! First thing i would say is it doesn't taste too bad! no where near as bad as I was expecting from reviews I had read on other blogs (if you drink herbal teas already you will be fine).

The daytime tea is meant to give you energy, well I can honestly say it did nothing for me what so ever felt a bit like a waste of time if I'm honest over the two weeks I saw no benefits to this at all. 

The nighttime cleanse tea however I actually enjoyed and found it did 'cleanse' me out (I will not go into detail but sure you get my drift) this tea I did feel the benefit of I felt less bloated and found drinking it before bed very relaxing! 

Overall I didn't see any real difference in my weight/measurements etc so I wouldn't recomend if that is what you are after however I will say i have gone on to order a separate pack of the night cleanse to continue with :)  

I'm back :)

So I haven't been blogging for a few weeks because the posts I had been doing where being assessed for my degree! Now my mark is in (2.1 thank you very much 😉) and I can get back to blogging and I can blog about what I want not just what I need to make the grade! Yay
